8 x 2m/8:00 @ 5%

Yesterday was my second hill work out of the new season and of course I am still lagging behind what Lisa is doing right now, but that's ok.

The workout felt fine though I was breathing hard near the end of the last couple of hills. Over all I ran for 32 minutes, slightly over 4 miles, and 600 some calories.

Must have been a cold arse hill run, nice work this week. Looks like you’re in for Hyannis Marathon too? I'm about to register for the KEYS 100 as well, it'll be fun training with you for this one.

Haha, no, it was quite warm actually! I did it on the treadmill since I'm such a wuss when it comes to cold weather!
