Hills on the Treadmill

I did not get to run yesterday after Carter's school started two hours late due to an ice/snow storm. I was forced to put it off a day so I ran today. Not long, but a good workout none the less.

I started out with a 5 minute warm up between 8 and 8:30. The core of the workout was a 7 x 5% @ 8 pace for 2 minutes. That's not a fast pace at all but never the less a good starting point. The hills felt good but hard.

I'd be fine until the last 15 seconds or so when I'd start looking at the time.

Total workout 560 calories, 3.5 miles, 30 minutes.
