Saturday & Sunday

The week finished fairly well for me on the work out front. Saturday was supposed to be an off day but since Lisa and Carter were going to the gym I tagged along and got 30 minutes on the treadmill.

I ran 8:30 pace starting at 1% incline and increased the incline by a point every five minutes. The total work out was worth 580 calories and some number of miles I've forgotten, not many though.

Sunday the weather was horrible so I was on the treadmill for an 8 mile long run that burned 1200 calories in 1:09. Pace for the run was a sluggish 8:31 at 1%.

Today I'm taking the day off as my legs were heavy yesterday and I'll be doing the 7:30/7/6:30 workout of last Monday tomorrow. I hope.
