Schedule & Weigh In

I figured I'd lay out my hopeful training schedule for the next five months....

Jan - max long run of 10 miles
Feb - max long run of 15-20 miles
March - max of 20-25 miles
April - DRB 50K, long run max of 35 to 40
May - Keys 100 then time off before a long of 40 at the end of the month?
June - GMR, who knows after that.

I'm hoping to throw in some shorter racing once a month too. 5k's, 10k's, that sort of thing to regain some of my long forgotten speed (not that there ever was much of it!)

Oh yeah, weigh in today at the start of my weight loss program: 181.5lbs
